Kids and Technology

Are your holiday wish lists full of wired things?  Is the sound of the holidays at your house blips and beeps?  And, here’s the kicker, do you feel that if you don’t give your kids access to electronic games and computers and that you are somehow hurting their education?

Here is an article from the New York Times about the virtues of unplugging the classroom.  And guess who is all for it?  Employees from Google, Apple, and Hewlett Packard who want their kids in an unwired classroom.

This week, 4 mothers will discuss the role of technology in our children’s education.
